What file do I need?
A GPX file from Strava, Garmin, Komoot or similar. See how to get your GPX.
Will I see it before it's printed?
Yes, twice: a live preview in the studio before you pay, and a proof by email that you approve before we print.
Can I choose the colour of the 3D route?
Yes. Choose from the colours shown in the studio.
How long does it take?
We email your proof within 2 working days. Once you approve it, posters are dispatched within 2 working days and anything with a 3D route within 4. Royal Mail Tracked 48 then takes 2 to 3 days.
How much is delivery?
Tracked UK delivery from £3.95, free on orders over £60. Digital downloads have no delivery charge.
Is there a discount on my first order?
Yes: 10% off with code WELCOME10 at the basket. Enter the email you'll pay with; it works once per customer.
Can I order more than one print?
Yes. Add each design to your basket and check out once. You pay one delivery charge, and it's free over £60.
Can I return it?
Personalised items can't be returned for a change of mind. Anything faulty or damaged in transit is replaced. See delivery and returns.
What do you do with my route file?
We use it only to make your order. See our privacy policy.
