Terms of sale

Orders

When you pay, we accept your order and email a confirmation. We then email a proof for you to approve. We only make your order once you approve the proof.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. Delivery is shown before you pay.

Personalised goods

Your print is made to your specification, so the 14-day right to cancel does not apply once it is made. You can cancel for a full refund until you approve your proof.

Faults and damage

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within [X] days with a photo and we'll replace or refund it. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for two years from purchase and can be spent on anything we sell, over one or more orders, until the balance is used. They can't be exchanged for cash or used to buy other vouchers. Treat the code like cash: we can't replace a voucher someone else has spent. [Check this wording with your adviser.]

Discount codes

WELCOME10 gives 10% off the item prices of a customer's first order. It can be used once per customer, is checked against the email used to pay, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
